Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll prospective students. The role reports to the Student Recruitment Manager and targets diverse groups including dual credit, first-time freshmen, transfer, and returning students.

The incumbent will engage with prospective students, parents, schools, and community partners to promote CNM programs, present information, and manage recruitment data and outreach

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years related experience or three to four terms as Student Ambassador in EMSS.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students, answer questions, and present programs.
• Promote activities to boost enrollment and schedule on/off-campus recruitment.
• Build relationships with staff, faculty, schools, and organizations for recruitment and orientation.
• Respond to information requests, conduct presentations, and perform data entry.
