Job summary

Kent State University is hiring a Student Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator for its Masters Program (MSN) unit on the Kent campus. The role recruits prospective students for the college and coordinates its retention and outreach activities, working closely with college leadership and the Admissions Office.

The coordinator will develop recruitment strategies, plan events, assist with materials, track data in CRM systems, and coordinate tours and visits with area schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out recruitment, retention, and outreach strategies with college staff and leadership.
• Plan and execute college recruitment, retention, and outreach events.
• Assist with production of student recruiting and outreach materials.
• Track and analyze student data in the university's CRM systems.
• Coordinate tours and visits and engage with area middle and high schools.
• Possibly supervise student employees and interns; support graduate and international recruitment.
