Qualifications

• Builds an annual recruitment plan for an assigned territory aligned with enrollment goals.
• Partners with the College of Honors and Global Education and enrollment management on yield strategies.
• Creates recruitment messaging with university marketing and communications through direct mail, email, and social media.
• Oversees on-campus and off-campus visit programs and events for honors applicants.
• Travels for recruitment activities and speaks to groups on and off campus.
• Supervises unclassified staff.
