Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategies across undergraduate, graduate, transfer, adult, and military-affiliated populations.
• Administer the CRM system used for admissions communications and reports alongside departmental leadership.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate recruitment staff; set department goals and development targets.
• Advise leadership on goal setting, strategic action plans, yield strategies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with communications staff on the annual admissions marketing plan and with academic units on area-specific recruitment plans.

• Earn $86,249 - $102,000 in an in-person Monday-Friday role with some nights and weekends as needed.
