Job summary

NWACC is seeking a Coordinator of New Student and Community Relations to lead recruitment initiatives and outreach. The role engages prospective students, families, schools, and partners through on- and off-campus activities, reporting to the Director of New Student Relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience in program administration, student services, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events with timelines and priorities.
• Maintain relationships with high schools and community partners to support recruitment activities.
• Represent NWACC at high school visits, college fairs, job expos, and outreach events.
• Provide admissions information and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Use social media, email, and text messaging to communicate with prospective students.
• Collaborate with other college departments to support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure accurate entry of prospective student interactions and event outcomes in the CRM and SIS.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising Student Ambassadors.
