Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active enrollment in CECH.
• GPA 2.0 or higher required.
• Part-time enrollment during the term with potential for continued eligibility.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Enrollment includes term periods and the off-term as defined.

Responsibilities

• Prospective Student Outreach: make daily calls and guide admissions.
• Manage weekly College Close-Ups: prepare folders, info slips, and ensure rooms are ready.
• Post-event tasks: write and send thank you notes to attendees.
• Handle student inquiries: input data to SLATE, mail program info, create reports.
• Maintain recruitment calendar and inventories; prep materials for events.
• Serve as CECH Student Ambassador liaison; delegate tasks and recruit attendees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
