Job summary

University of Cincinnati CECH is hiring a Student Associate, Recruitment to support undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts. You will assist with outreach, events, and data management throughout the year, representing CECH and the College, Office of the Dean, and the Student Services Center.

The role involves coordinating with the Recruitment Team, maintaining materials, organizing events, and providing campus tours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Enrolled at least part-time at UC or related program.
• GPA 2.0 or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Prospective student outreach: make daily calls to prospective students and assist with admissions.
• Manage College Close-Ups: prepare folders, organize rooms, and track attendees.
• Input data from lead cards to SLATE and send information packets.
• Maintain recruitment materials inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare materials for events and manage recruitment calendar and registrations.
