You will drive outreach, manage the recruitment journey, and help graduates transition to jobs or further education, ensuring data security and a welcoming campus culture.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, business, or communications. OR an Associate's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Mobility: A valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Travel: Approximately 10% local travel for outreach.
• Passion: Strong commitment to advocating for young adults and their growth.
• Skills: Stellar communication and ability to connect with diverse communities.
• Mindset: Team-first attitude focused on student outcomes.

Responsibilities
