• Ensure Safety: Partner with a dedicated team to maintain an inclusive, secure environment.
• Stay Organized: Keep accurate records of student participation and program milestones.

What You Bring to the Team

• Baseline Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, minimum age of 21, and a valid driver's license.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard background screening.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
• Desirable Experience: Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or related human services fields.
