Job summary

Paradigmwor Works Group Inc. is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to lead our recreation team and create engaging activities for our students. You will oversee daily programs, supervise staff, and use sports, fitness, and leisure activities to help young adults build career skills, teamwork, and healthy habits.

Responsibilities include designing and scheduling inclusive activities, training staff, promoting safety, and managing equipment and budgets across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or sports-related field.
• Experience in coaching, arranging sport events and rec activities, supervising recreational staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification required. Driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design and schedule inclusive recreation activities based on student interest surveys; teach weekly student leadership courses.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate the recreation staff.
• Use activities to promote physical health, teamwork, communication, and work-readiness skills.
• Oversee student safety across all facilities and events, enforcing strict water safety guidelines and lifeguard standards.
• Manage equipment inventory, track the department budget, and maintain indoor/outdoor recreation areas.
