Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Program Supervisor to work with the Recreation team to provide students with a comprehensive and diverse program that promotes health and wellness.

The role includes supervising activities, coordinating with CPP and Social Development for evening programs, and collaborating with Center resources to deliver high‑quality experiences. The position requires ensuring safety, documenting participation, maintaining equipment, and supporting Center

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License; CDL preferred.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Assists with supervision of a comprehensive and diverse recreation program.
• Coordinates recreation activities with CPP and Social Development, including evening programming.
• Coordinates activities/programs with Center and local community resources.
• Ensures safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Documents student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and materials and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population.

Education
