Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Full Time Recreation Supervisor to develop and oversee a comprehensive after-school recreation program for students at Shriver - Devens.

You will promote health and wellness through overseeing activities, coordinate with CPP and Social Development, ensure safety, manage equipment, and supervise staff and students during evening shifts. This role supports a positive educational environment and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience preferred.
• Experience as athletic coach or camp counselor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide a comprehensive recreation program for students.
• Promote health and wellness through supervision of activities.
• Ensure safety and program compliance during all activities.
• Coordinate evening recreation and leadership activities with partners.
• Maintain equipment and department facilities in good condition.
• Supervise student participants and staff, ensuring accountability.
