Job summary

University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Records and Registration Coordinator to coordinate processing of student records, including enrollments, adds/drops/withdrawals, residency, and transcript production. This role oversees inquiries via phone and email, and leads a team while assisting with student worker supervision and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will understand inter-department collaboration, analyze and resolve routine issues, and ensure timely, accurate records

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Understanding of how the registrar team integrates with other offices.
• Experience in higher education registrar or student records operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing of student records functions (enrollments, adds/drops/withdrawals, transcripts, diplomas).
• Oversee calls and email/ticket responses; supervise student workers and assist with process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service and support information systems testing.
