Job summary

Crescent View West Public Charter is seeking a Student Relations Technician to manage student records, input data into the SIS, and ensure compliance with ADA and other mandates. You will greet students and families, schedule orientations, and maintain accurate enrollment documentation.

You will also assist teachers with compliance tasks and provide reliable administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education required.
• 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, clerical support position.
• Good attention to detail and maintain accuracy of work.
• Prepare general, statistical and special reports.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk and Student Support: Schedule orientation for incoming students.
• Input student information into SIS including immunizations and enrollment dates.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is complete and correct.
• Assist with compliance and ADA tracking in SIS and related forms.
• Conduct Orientations for new students and provide quality customer service.
• File documents in student folders and manage records for accuracy.
• Support teachers with compliance issues and administrative tasks.
