Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and strong clerical background.
• Minimum 2 years of clerical work including keyboarding, typing, and filing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; experience with records, imaging, or Workday; knowledge of FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions documentation, residency, transcripts, and education verification.
• Process and upload student documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Enter and manage student data in the SIS and generate reports.
• Convert physical records to digital format while preserving integrity.
• Provide high-quality customer service via in-person, phone, and email.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and data privacy policies.
