Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for our Urgent Care Clinic in Elkhorn, NE. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging during evenings and weekends, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high-quality exam standards.

Responsibilities include workflow management, RIS/Cerner documentation, PACS familiarity, and supporting departmental operations while upholding HIPAA and patient privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an approved program.
• Bachelor degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred.
• Current ARRT certification and state radiography license required or eligible.
• Recent/1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology examinations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain patient identification and ensure informed consent and comfort.
• Manage department workflow and coordinate with staff.
• Utilize RIS/Cerner for orders, comments and exposures.
• Operate PACS and digital dictation systems for image workflow.
