You will handle general office tasks, data entry, and mail deliveries, with on-the-job training provided to build essential skills for a modern workplace.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic, evidenced by attendance in other jobs and classes.
• Comfort using the Internet for research.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for department projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and gather information as needed.
• Help maintain department records and databases.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students.
• General office tasks (e.g., word processing, copying, filing, data entry).
• Pickup and delivery of mail and other items.
