Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Scholar Programs to support day-to-day operations and scholar services in Lincoln, NE. You will be the front-line contact for prospective and current scholars and help schedule interviews and coordinate events.

The role involves assisting with scholarship distribution and program logistics, partnering with program staff, and contributing to a welcoming, organized environment for students and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, education, social sciences, student affairs, or related field plus two years of experience; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide-ranging service to Scholar Programs operations.
• Serve as the front line contact for prospective and current scholars, scheduling interviews for scholar candidates.
• Assist with event planning.
• Aid in scholarship distribution and administration.
• Serve as a key professional in the management and logistics of the program.
