Colorado State University’s CAMP program seeks a part-time Program Assistant to support recruitment, retention, and student wellness in an in-person setting. You will assist with events, workshops, and collaborations, while coordinating student staff activities and travel logistics for leadership conferences.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of college experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work 3–4 days per week, including occasional evenings

Qualifications

• One year of college experience from an accredited institution.
• Leadership or experience working with first-generation and/or underrepresented students.
• High degree of organization, administrative, and communication skills as a team member.
• Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and maximize available resources.
• Flexible to changing environments and high level of self-direction, initiative, and reliability.
• Must be available 3 to 4 days a week to perform assigned duties.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist CAMP Coordinator with recruitment efforts including phone banking, tabling, and presentations.
• Develop ongoing workshops with the CAMP Coordinator and assist with execution.
• Coordinate with AAC staff on student-centered events and collaboration.
• Assist with fall/spring orientations and office staff training.
• Manage event promotion logistics and advertising for CAMP scholars.
• Create/manage digital trail of documents for events and responsibilities.
• Coordinate CAMP social media content and posting.
• Lead CAMP student selection and travel logistics for the Annual Leadership conference.
• Assist with evaluating programs and reporting data findings.
• Understand eligibility and compliance requirements for recruitment.
