Job summary

Montana State University is seeking a Program and Operations Coordinator to manage Student Commons programs and oversee daily administrative operations within the Access & Success department. You will supervise undergraduate student employees and coordinate communications and marketing efforts to foster a welcoming campus environment.

• Experience in program coordination and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of assigned programs including planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation.
• Exercise independent judgment to adapt programs within goals and budgets.
• Coordinate Student Commons marketing, communications, and social media.
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and development for undergraduate student employees.
• Oversee administrative and physical-space operations to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle administrative and financial processes such as approvals, purchasing, and record keeping.
• Maintain calendars, shared systems, and recommend process improvements.
