Job summary

The University of New Mexico seeks a Student Program and Communications Assistant to support administrative tasks, programming, communications, and technology for the Children’s Campus. You will work closely with campus leadership and staff to strengthen operations, family outreach, and program presentation.

This role is well suited for a student pursuing early childhood education, education, communications, marketing, or related fields, offering hands-on experience in a professional campus

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM and enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) for fall and spring semesters.
• Work Study participants must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative, programming, communications, and technology needs of the early childhood program.
• Assist with educational programming and family communications.
• Aid project coordination, document development, and organizational systems.
• Interact with Children’s Campus leadership, staff, educators, families, and students.
