Job summary

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher; or at least sixty (60) semester hours from an accredited institution, supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in relevant programs.
Passing a third-party paraprofessional certification exam (e.g., ParaPro Assessment) can substitute for the education requirement.
Effective communication of program goals and objectives with staff and families is essential.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external customers in a timely, courteous manner representing OCPS positively.
Assist teachers with program curriculum and instructional activities.
Maintain attendance and student records, print and distribute reports, and support examination administration.
