Job summary

Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University is seeking student workers to serve as Chapel Administrators for the Office of Faith and Practice. Shifts run Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, averaging about 3 hours per week while chapel is in session.

You will oversee weekly chapel logistics and aesthetics, coordinating with Media Services, Chapel Worship Teams, and OFP. Ideal candidates are administratively efficient, punctual, and good communicators who can collaborate across departments

• Oversee and implement weekly chapel aesthetics (LED candles, flowers, Christian symbols) when scheduled.

Job description

The Office of Faith and Practice is looking for student workers to be Chapel Administrators.

Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 pm -5:00 pm-- averaging three (3) hours per week when chapel is in session.

Accepts: Federal Work Study (FWS) & Eastern Campus Employment (ECE)

Only current / active Eastern University students can apply for Student Positions.

1. Oversee and implement weekly chapel logistics—placement of liturgical banners, prayer stations, lawn signs, etc.

• Oversee and implement weekly chapel aesthetics (LED candles, flowers, use of Christian symbols--chalice, bowl, towel, etc.), when scheduled.
• Qualifications: Administratively efficient, punctual and good communicator. Ability to work with other departments: Media Services, Chapel Worship Teams and the OFP.
• Positive attitude and flexibility relative to needs of the OFP.
