Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily student and departmental payments and post payments to the appropriate accounts in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Prepare, verify, and process daily departmental deposits and reconcile with supporting records.
• Research and resolve problem checks and payment exceptions, determining root cause and corrective action.
• Evaluate recurring payment processing and deposit discrepancies to identify gaps and improve internal controls.
• Serve as a resource to campus departments on payment submission, auxiliary payment, and deposit procedures.
