Brown County United Way (BCUW) is seeking a part-time Community Connector to support NWTC students through two programs: Pathways to Thrive @NWTC and Ride United TRIO. The Connector serves as a trusted contact, helping students identify goals, access campus and community resources, and make measurable progress toward educational and financial stability.

The role also coordinates transportation assistance through Ride United and liaises between NWTC TRIO and BCUW.

Responsabilidades

• Engage students regularly to identify barriers and progress toward goals.
• Coordinate transportation through Ride United and track requests.
• Refer students to NWTC and community resources via warm referrals.
• Maintain confidential records and document interactions in the program data system.
• Collaborate with NWTC TRIO staff and BCUW partners.
• Attend program meetings and complete assigned tasks.
