Job summary

Northwest Nazarene University is seeking a Concurrent Credit Student Success and Pathways Promotion Manager to advise high school students, plan pathways, and support their transition to college.

The role coordinates SwiftStart Pathways outreach, builds partnerships with partner schools, and serves as a liaison between NNU and high schools to promote student success and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years in academic advising, student success, enrollment management, or related student support services.
• Experience building partnerships with K-12 schools and educational institutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to partner schools across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and pathway planning for Concurrent Credit and SwiftStart students.
• Educate students and families on college coursework, credit transfer, and transfer opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach, school visits, events, and communications to raise awareness.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with admissions and academic departments to promote student success.
• Represent NNU and promote Concurrent Credit and SwiftStart Pathways externally.
