Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County seeks a dedicated Postsecondary Navigator to support teens with educational and career goals through workforce readiness training, tutoring, GED prep, and postsecondary planning. The role focuses on career pathways, life skills, FAFSA/TASFA support, and college access across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with youth (professional or volunteer).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work two evenings per week and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate workforce readiness programs for teens.
• Provide tutoring and GED prep support as part of college readiness.
• Offer guidance on FAFSA, TASFA, and postsecondary planning.
• Assess student needs and monitor progress toward program goals.
• Maintain accurate records and document program impact.
• Facilitate information sessions for teens and families.
