Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an OA/CTS Counselor to recruit and enroll Job Corps applicants and guide exiting students toward careers, higher education, or advanced training.

You will conduct screenings, determine eligibility, and coordinate with Career Technical Training to support successful transitions. The role emphasizes relationship-building, warm communication, and a strong commitment to helping young adults start their futures.

Qualifications

• Screen and screen applicants according to PRH requirements; assess eligibility and suitability for Job Corps enrollment.
• Provide comprehensive career counseling throughout admissions and transition processes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community agencies, and employers to support enrollment and placement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & enroll new students; conduct applicant screenings and eligibility determinations.
• Guide exiting students toward quality employment, military service, higher education, or advanced training.
• Develop and maintain center partnerships to facilitate referrals and placements.
