Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise administrative, outreach, admissions, and career transition services.
• Provide staff training and evaluate performance; implement approved changes.
• Assist in budget preparation; monitor expenditures and authorize changes.
• Develop and implement new policies affecting outreach and placement.
• Audit applications for enrollment and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate communications between departments to meet placement needs.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure timely enrollment processing.
