Responsibilities

• Support the PACE and GAP tuition assistance programs and department operations.
• Provide department-wide support for course and program management, data systems, reporting, and program operations.
• Assist students in accessing education and training opportunities and identifying education and career goals.
• Collaborate with college departments, community organizations, workforce partners, software vendors, and department staff.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting across Business & Community Development programs.
• Support workforce development initiatives.
