Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in the federal work study program.
• Ability to commit to scheduled shifts (evenings and weekends may be required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; provide respectful, nonjudgmental service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the pantry during shifts.
• Greet and assist students, providing a welcoming environment.
• Monitor and track pantry usage with accurate records.
• Organize, stock, and inventory pantry items; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing donations.
• Support outreach and awareness efforts about pantry services.
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to supervising staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect pantry users’ privacy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by pantry staff.
