Job summary

Colorado Community College System (CCD TRIO EOC) at Community College of Denver invites applications for a TRIO-EOC Student Representative (Work-Study) at the Auraria Campus in Denver. You will provide front-desk support, assist with outreach, and help maintain confidential student records.

You will gain experience in customer service, office administration, and campus outreach while supporting first-generation and low-income students pursuing higher education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be eligible for work-study.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students and visitors, on the phone and in person.
• Explain intake process, describe TRIO services and eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and maintain participant records.
