Nurtur Aveda in Loveland, OH, invites energetic admissions support specialists to join the team. You will provide exceptional service to prospective students through calls, texts, and email, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating appointments with Admissions Counselors.

The role emphasizes meeting performance goals, building relationships with students and families, and helping guide applicants through the enrollment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior work in a contact center or sales role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prospective Aveda Institute students via inbound/outbound calls, texts, and more.
• Meet performance goals set by the Director of Business Operations.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system for accurate records and communication.
• Personalize communications to prospective students and manage conversation outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and team members.
• Support enrollment processes by coordinating with Admissions Counselors.
• Handle escalated challenges professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Director of Business Operations regularly.
• Collaborate with Admissions Counselors to book appointments and support enrollment.
• Participate in daily and weekly Admissions Support Team meetings.
• Contribute to overall success of Admissions Support Team and student lifecycle.
