Job summary

UHP is seeking a senior leader to drive its commercial engine for leadership development programs. Based onsite in Northwest Arkansas, you will shape strategy, grow enterprise relationships, and guide engagements from first contact to signed agreement.

You will report to the Commercial Officer and work with cross-functional teams to align delivery capacity with client needs, travel as required for on-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior-level B2B sales or business development in relevant services.
• Experience building or scaling a sales function with process and pipeline management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for C-suite audiences.
• Operational rigor; comfortable handling contracting, pricing, and scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sharpen the strategic narrative for senior executives.
• Build and run a repeatable sales process for executive engagements.
• Own proposal development, scoping, contracting, pricing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure realistic commitments.
