Job summary

University of Central Missouri is seeking a part-time Student Operations & Training Lead to connect Elliott Student Union management with the student employee team. You will coordinate training, scheduling, and engagement to ensure staff deliver outstanding campus service.

Responsibilities include onboarding, recruitment support, feedback collection, and reporting to ESU leadership. Must be enrolled at UCM as a junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA; graduate students preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri.
• Junior or Senior level student, Graduate Student preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 Undergraduate GPA required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for student employee questions and feedback.
• Coordinate and facilitate training, onboarding, and scheduling of student staff.
• Assist recruitment, interviewing, and selection of new student employees.
• Maintain records related to student employment, timekeeping, payroll, and compliance.
• Organize onboarding and training sessions focused on customer service, leadership, and safety.
• Gather feedback to assess program effectiveness and provide reports to ESU leadership.
