Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a Student Customer Service Specialist to support Building Operations. The role is year-round with hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, offering a hybrid schedule with two days remote work.

You will assist with front desk tasks, conference center operations, and inventory management while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor in a university setting. This is ideal for an ASU student seeking hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a current ASU student willing to sign confidentiality agreement.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle university information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conference center desk, reception desk, and building operations.
• Greet and direct visitors and answer questions; provide basic customer service.
• Conduct daily deliveries and oversee company vehicles and golf carts.
• Organize supply rooms and restock/ordering of supplies; manage conference room reservations.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and screen calls; provide parking validation.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
