Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotation schedules for nursing cohorts.
• Arrange capstone placements for nursing students in preceptorships.
• Schedule clinical placements for allied health students.
• Manage onboarding and clearance for all students across programs.
• Review and verify student documentation (background checks, immunizations, etc.).
• Enter students into systems and track required trainings.
• Monitor flu vaccine compliance during flu season.
• Represent the organization on advisory boards with academic partners.
• Foster partnerships with external schools and conduct rounds with staff.
