Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.
• 0–2 years for professional track; 2 years for support roles.
• Experience with onboarding, background checks, and compliance desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotation schedules for nursing cohorts.
• Arrange capstone placements for nursing students in preceptorships.
• Schedule clinical placements for allied health students.
• Manage onboarding and clearance for all students across programs.
• Review student documentation and immunization records.
• Enter students into the Extended Enterprise system and enroll them in EPIC training modules.
• Monitor flu vaccine compliance during flu season.
• Represent the organization on advisory boards with academic partners.
• Foster partnerships with external schools through rounds and check-ins.
• Additional duties as assigned.
