Job Summary

Student will work with the Dean's Suite staff helping with front office reception, general clerical duties, and other duties as assigned. Working in this area demands a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion. This person will be interacting with administration and staff at all levels. Student needs to be very comfortable and proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with:

  • Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic office equipment

Duties will include but are not limited to being the first point of contact for the Dean's office greeting and assisting visitors, copying, scanning, filing, typing/data entry, creating documents/spreadsheets, running errands on campus, and other duties as assigned.

Because of the nature of the work, nursing students are not qualified for the position.

Pay Rate

$15.00/hour

Work Hours

10-20 hours per week. Schedule will vary depending on needs of the unit and student's class schedule.
