Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital-Tulsa is seeking a Student Nurse Technician (Future Registered Nurse) for per diem day shifts in Tulsa. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting nursing care under RN supervision. Proof of first-year fundamentals in an ADN or BSN program is required.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing school (ADN or BSN) with proof of first-year completion.
• Knowledge of basic nursing techniques and aseptic practices.
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and demographics.
• Assist with daily personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene and grooming.
• Assist with urinary catheter removal, finger-stick blood sugars and specimen collection.
• Support with mobility and feeding; document oral intake.
• Transport patients to designated areas as needed.
