Qualifications

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist RN with patient assessment and planning of nursing care.
  • Perform delegated nursing care activities and routine unit tasks.
  • Provide direct patient care: hygiene, positioning, feeding, and mobility.
  • Assist with admission, discharge, and equipment setup.
  • Follow infection control guidelines and unit policies.
  • Document vitals, intake/output, and other patient information.
