Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of nursing staff.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ADL tasks.
• Assist with wound care, urinary catheter care, and blood draws as directed.
• Document dietary intake and input/output accurately.
• Participate in hourly rounding and respond to patient alarms.
