Qualifications

• LICENSE / CERTIFICATION: Required: BLS
• Education: ASN enrollment in accredited RN program with completion of 3rd semester; BSN enrollment in accredited RN program with completion of 4th semester
• Employee must submit updated transcript to HR each term and notify Manager and HR of any changes in nursing program enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patient/resident, family, and other health care providers in planning and delivering care.
• Under RN supervision, performs basic bedside care and selected nursing procedures as delegated.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies and infection control; reports changes in patient condition to licensed staff.
