• Collaborates with the RN to formulate the plan of care and involves patients in decisions related to care.
• Performs basic bedside care and selected nursing procedures under RN supervision.
• Documents all care provided in the EMR as soon after care occurs as possible.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients and maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
