Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the RN to plan and deliver patient care.
• Communicates with patients, families, and health care team.
• Maintains patient safety and aseptic technique.
• Documents care in the EMR promptly.
• Assists with admitted, transferred, and discharged patients as needed.
