The Bridge Church in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Bridge Students Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the Student Director and the Bridge Students team. You will help sustain day-to-day operations and care for the team as they pursue the ministry's mission.

This role emphasizes reliable scheduling, data management, volunteer onboarding, event planning, and consistent communication with parents and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative duties for Bridge Students with proficiency in required software.
• Oversee Bridge Students processes: first-time guests, volunteer onboarding, training and care, and event planning.
• Maintain database and spreadsheets to manage processes and communicate data to the team.
• Coordinate details of all Bridge Students volunteer gatherings.
• Review and support outbound communications: parent emails, event emails, and volunteer communications.
• Coordinate Student Camp administration: scholarships, signup rosters, payments, contracts with transport and retreat locations.
• Coordinate supply purchasing for Bridge Students cafe, retreats, and events.
• Own administrative details for Bridge Students events and attend consistently.
• Help raise a volunteer team to support Bridge Students’ administrative needs.
• Participate in and document Bridge Students meetings regularly.
