Job summary

Faith Promise Church in Clinton, Tennessee is seeking a part-time fpStudents Director to lead the 6th–12th grade ministry at the Anderson Campus, growing weekend attendance and building a strong volunteer team.

You will recruit and train volunteers, develop the Leader Care Structure, coordinate student events and summer interns, and guide students toward a call to ministry. This hands-on role fits a relational, organized leader in a multisite church.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of student ministry leadership or equivalent.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Relational skills with middle and high school students and families.
• Personal faith commitment to Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead fpStudents (6th–12th) at the Anderson Campus, including weekend programming, small groups, and events.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd a Winning Team of volunteer leaders.
• Strengthen the Leader Care Structure to know and care for every student.
• Grow weekend attendance through intentional invitation culture and clear next steps.
• Oversee campus Call to Ministry gatherings and mentor interns.
• Plan MVMT Conference participation and manage budgeting for student ministry.
• Handle scheduling and operational details to maintain a healthy ministry.
