Job summary

Shades Mountain Baptist Church is seeking an organized administrative leader to support Shades Students. The role involves managing communications, calendars, registrations, databases, and reporting to ensure smooth ministry operations.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative leadership and support for Shades Students.
Manage ministry communications, calendars, registrations, databases, records, and reporting.
Coordinate logistics for student ministry environments, events, camps, retreats, and mission trips.
Support volunteer onboarding, scheduling, communication, and organization.
Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and financial processes.
Partner with the Student Minister, High School Minister, and Middle School Minister to ensure initiatives are organized and executed with excellence.
Attend key student ministry gatherings and events to support operations.
