Job summary

Crossroads Church in Kentucky is seeking an Associate Students Pastor to lead and oversee middle and high school ministry across multiple sites, ensuring a relational and spiritually impactful experience for students.

You will recruit and train volunteers, plan and execute large and small group events, and shape Dream Team initiatives while collaborating with site pastors and ReachOut partners to broaden outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven, dynamic communicator to large groups of students and/or adults.
• Ability to lead and develop high-capacity volunteer leaders.
• Ability to manage conflicts and facilitate healthy conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear vision and oversight for middle and high school cGroup environments.
• Manage the Connections team to ensure welcoming experiences for students, parents, and visitors.
• Recruit, train, and build robust volunteer teams for student services.
• Launch, recruit, coordinate, and support Dream Team clubs across districts.
• Partner with ReachOut to create ongoing ReachOut opportunities for students.
• Oversee Theme weekends and mentorship within the Influencers program.
• Apprentice with the Site Pastor for professional development in Student Ministry.
