Job summary

Crossroads Church is seeking a dedicated Student Pastor to lead the next generation in faith, discipleship, and community involvement. You will mentor students, collaborate with families, and guide volunteer teams to create meaningful ministry experiences.

Applicants should have a clear calling to student ministry, a growing relationship with Christ, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and biblical teaching in a church setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach biblically sound, engaging messages for students.
• Develop discipleship pathways for youth to grow in faith.
• Provide pastoral care and biblical guidance to students and families.
• Build relationships with students through intentional presence and availability.
• Identify and invest in student leaders with leadership potential.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and leaders.
• Plan and oversee events, camps, and ministry experiences.
• Lead strategic planning and budgeting for student ministry.
